Query sheets based on custom tags

Hello,

We're building a public-facing website that has pages for each of the indicators we provide, as well as topics, organizations, etc. The site is being built in react so we don't want to create hard-coded pages, but dynamically load content based on some parameters.

That said, we'd like to query our Qlik server instance and programmatically load the sheets that we believe are relavent to an indicator or topic or organization.

The easiest way I could think of doing this would be to use the REST api to search for sheets with certain tags but it doesn't look like this functionality is available.

Any ideas on how you would go about this?
