Error creating triggers with external tasks

I have a problem with an application that I have made in qliksense. I am creating external tasks with an application made in nodejs, from this application the scheduled external task can be made to other normal or external tasks, the error is that when I create the external task with the scheduled so that at the end they are executed Other tasks, this one does appear in the qlik qmc but when I execute it, the tasks that precede them are not started. We have tried to restart the qlik nodes and by doing so the external task already works, but of course this is not the solution. The weird thing is that we have done this development on 3 servers and it only fails in production, in the rest it works.

I would appreciate if someone could help me find the solution, because no matter how much I read the qlik documentation I don't see the error.

yes i guess you can use QRS API and do the same i have attached an example in node js hope it helps you and you are free to edit it as per your preferences
