Qlik's Date Picker Extension - Can't select Today in calendar

Hi All

I have a weird issue with Qlik's Date Picker extension in a specific customer site.

The customer has data for today (09/08/2020) in his model, he can see this data in the sheets and the Date field is in a valid format of Date.

You can see the issue in the below screenshot:

The customer can select 9/8/2020 in the calendar (and it filters the data accordingly), but as you see in the screenshot, the Today button is disabled for some reason.

I created an expression of =today() and it returns 09/08/2020, I can also select Yesterday and other time ranges, and everything works!

Any idea what's wrong? maybe a bug in the extension?
