I done this using some methods hierarchy like</P><OL><LI>OpenDoc</LI><LI>GetField</LI><LI>SelectValues</LI><LI>CreateBookmark</LI></OL><P>and for next bookmark creation i loop step 2 to 4 again.</P><P>but this method cause performance issue if there is bulk bookmarks.
