Unexpected redirect on authentication

Hello,

We successfully deployed QlikSense (version September 2018) and everything works fine on the local server.

We also configured a url in order to access it from final client desktops, but we are currently stuck at this step.

Indeed, when we access QlikView through http://<url>/hub we have a redirect to http://<servername>/hub. So it fails since the network flows are not opened (and should not) to the direct server name, we must use the url pattern only. So the page is not found.

I know this redirection is linked to the Windows Authentication (displayed the popin in the browser) but what I don't understand is why it redirects using the <servername> instead of the url we typed in ?

Is there any configuration to do in order to change that ?

Any help would be much appreciated, we are quiet stuck for now...
