Custom extension object

I am new to QV community.

recently i added a custom extension in qv dashboard by copying an existing custom object and changing its name to be able to have 2 objects, i install it in users/data/qliktech/extension/object folder.

i can see it as well while adding that object in qv application file by right click add new object. I can see both existing and new object.

I uses a json variable pass it which has button and some more variables which are retrieved in java script file part of extension which opens a form to save some info to later pass to java web service. This works perfectky fine , now after i am happy I save the qv application file and when i open then i see the added object button disappears but still i can right click and see its property meaning its there but its not appearing nor clickable. Is it just my dev environment issue or I need more cobfiguration missing which makes sure to keep the object remained there after save.
