Hi,

I aim to have a server side extension (SSE) to an Rstudio Connect server. Either want to have this directly or have this functionality in a flask app I am deploying on this server.

I saw a video link explaining how to to this with python this was using ServerSideExtension_pb2 which looks like a webserver itself. Does this imply I do not use Flask? How can I deploy this to Rstudio server (now I am using flask, can I still use flask when I use ServerSideExtension_pb2?) Or else - how can I directly use Rstudio connect? I saw a video https://youtu.be/_AEJ3dnsjdA but this is for Rstudio Server not sure how this is related to Rstudio Connect.
