Visualization not valid when trying to add sheet and extension to mashup

Hey guys,

So I have this issue where I get an error of: invalid visualisation.

When clicking on the details button I get: Visualization not found. This extension is not available: {0} (sheet)

We got the app id and sheet id from the url of the extension in the hub and double/triple checked that we right id's.

I also just added a single button into a master container of the sheet for testing purposes.

Other than that we tried, without the master container, clearing the cache, deleting and recreating the sheet (and updating the id's).

If you have any idea on what could be the issue, it would be much appreciated! 🙂

Do you mean the app and sheet contains extension? Which extension did you use for this app? You can try to create the mashup with another app without this extension and see if you get the same error. If it works, then the problem should be related to the extension.

Qlik Sense installation comes with the example extensions. Visualization extensions

Qlik Sense also support trusted extension. Trusted Extension Developer Support Process

For untrusted or support extension, there can be the problem sometimes. So please take precaution when using the extension.
