Sync Azure Ad groups with Qlik Sense Saas

We have setup Idp as azure ad with QSES. We are able to get the groups into qlik. But the sync happens or groups get updated at the time of authentication. We don't want to go to qlik and login to get the sync happen. Can it be done via some api.Basically is there any rest api to perform the sync or update the groups in qlik from azure ad.

Any @unifiedHelpdesk , is there a particular use scenario for why you need the groups to be synchronised more often than at login?

The groups are sent as part of the user's claims from the IdP when you authenticate, I'm not sure there is a way for the iDP to push that info out more often.
