Qlik Data Transfer - Error while moving file to qix-datafiles

Hi,

We have recently upgraded to Qlik Sense and are trying to move our current QlikView qvd's from our qlik server into our QS tenant by setting up a data folder in Qlik Data Transfer.

When trying to attempt the upload we are getting the following error.

Error while moving file to qix-datafiles

I've found a couple of support articles with the same error message but the resolution provided isn't working for me.

Has anyone else had a similar issue and can advise on what i might be able to do to resolve?

For Qlik Data Transfer QVD files are temporarily stored in C:\ProgramData\Qlik\DataTransfer\DataUpload\qixdata. After uploading, they are deleted from this location.

please make sure to have the read/write permission for the location. In addition, please restart the QDT services and see if that makes any difference.
