Are there any tutorials or documentation on how to add native tooltip support to a custom extension?

I want the tooltip in my extensions to utilize the same tooltip look as the native chart tooltips made by qlik. Id also like them to have the same functionality like being able to display charts inside the tooltip.

Is there a way to hook into that functionality or does it have to be recreated from scratch?

I am asking more in regards to custom extension development.

So if someone is coding a custom extension for Qliksense with the javascript api, is there a recommended way to hook into the native tooltip functionality or does it need to be coded from scratch?
