Broken images and visualization extensions when failover server

My enterprise Qliksense application swung to the failover proxy web server last night, but the Qliksense home page could not display some dashboard thumbnails and when I load the dashboards, they return with error "The visualization was not found on the server. This extension is not available".

I know that it is due to the failover web server because once it swing back to the primary server, everything works fine.
How can I ensure that the extensions and dashboard properties are synchronized across the primary and secondary servers? Are there specific files/folders that I need to have the same version on both servers?

They are extensions. Your link does not help because I'm more concerned whereby Qlik failovers to the secondary server.
