iFrame not working for some users

Hello

We have created a simple iframe with Dev-Hubs and there are certain users who cannot access it, the screen remains blank after logging in with Qlik Sense.

We have detected that sometimes it works for them if they browse in private mode.

I attach a screenshot of the server configuration and the errors we have detected (mostly cookies).

Any solution? Thank you very much.

Hi Patrick,

I can't comment on the cookie settings, but is your app published to a stream to which all users have access or have you set up anonymous access? If not, this could be causing the issue.

App is published in a public Stream where all users can access. And the app doesn't contain Section Access.

Also, if the user accesses Qlik Sense from the server, they can access the app. The problem is in the iframe.
