Bug: session is NOT killed after inactivity

I have embedded a Qlik Sense iframe into my web application. I am using JWT for automatic login.

I have set my virtual proxy to stop session after 10 minutes of inactivity.

Indeed, after 10 minutes of inactivity of a user i get the qlik sense message 'session timed out'.

In 90% of cases this works.

But in the last week there have been four seperate cases where the following happened:

-user goes to the iframe. looks around for a few minutes.

-user leaves browser open, goes to different browser tabs, does other stuff.

-after 6 hours user returns to the original browser tab. qlik sense iframe is still active. and 6 hours have been deducted from my analyzer capacity minutes!

Please help. I had to take down the entire app because the minutes are spent :(:(

Notes

-using newest Qlik sense enterprise version.

-using chrome. also newest version.

-the underlying qlik sense dashboard is updating only once a day, at night.
