Users getting ErrorCode.16 ErrorDialog.NoConnectionCreated when lands on Qlik Sense page

Hi Team,

We're facing an issue with few users wherein when they land on Qlik Sense page they get a below error message in red color box:

ErrorCode.16

ErrorDialog.NoConnectionCreated

We've checked all articles related to this message but could not able to resolve this issue. The apps are working fine for most of users but not working for some of them. Need your immediate attention on this as this is our esteemed client and have a risk of losing the client.

Hey @srik00001 , please open a support case for receiving the correct assistance.
Meanwhile, you could inspect websocket messages and understand which Engine API call is causing this issue.
