Error occurred installing Qlik DataTransfer

Hello,

I have tried to install Data Transfer on a computer with Windows Server 2018, with the steps in the following link:

When I run the installer, I get the following error on the screen:

And I haven't been able to install it. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

Could you check which Windows Server version you're using - could you possibly be running Windows Server 2008? The screenshot looks like an older version of Windows, and I don't believe there was a 2018 release.

The oldest version supported by the tool today is Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2.

If you are indeed running a version that's on the supported list, please open a support case via our support portal.
