Can't add tabular reporting xml mainfest to my local Excel application, I can't enable the "add" button to add my manifest xml.

Some help please?

@Marco_Imperiale does your company have a group policy to prevent this perhaps?

Please, first, try to add it to the Excel online, you should be good there.
If you are using an Enterprise Office Account, you won't be able to add the Add-In yourself. You have to request your Office Manager to do that. The online version does not have this limitation.

In the Excel on line all works correctly, but I need some numeric format settings only available in the local application. I have a personal Office365 license.
