Has anyone came across Qlik Sense extension that does alerting in Qlik Sense at the level of the visualization or sends email notifications?

Hi Mirna,

There is no direct equivalent of the Alerts functionality in QlikView.

One approach is to calculate whether an alert is required in the load script and then use the Qlik Notification Connector to send the alert.

This connector is one of the free ones included with Qlik Web Connectors, more detail can be found here:

Another approach is to use NPrinting, which can trigger reports to be sent on criteria being met - but there is an extra licence cost for this solution.

Yes, you can do this with SenseOps! It lets you:

Set up custom alerts, define advanced rules, and notify both Qlik + external users
Send custom alert messages (include measures, dimensions, variables….in the message) via Email, WhatsApp, and Teams
Track the live status of alerts (success/failure)
