In the Shared space or in your Personal space?&lt;BR /&gt;If it's in your Personal space, and other users don't have a connection with the same name, the issue is expected. In this case I would suggest to create the connection in the Shared space and verify that the users that need to reload data have permissions to see/use the connection&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Riccardo&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I’ve successfully created a SharePoint connection to fetch data in Qlik Sense Cloud, and it works well for me during development. However, when I publish the app to a shared space, other users encounter reload failures when they try to refresh the data.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Anderson&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
