Hi I need to search for an application that have a & in the name using the Repos Rest Api I tried to UrlEncode but no app was returned.

here the Uri

https://w8-qvs.jp.com/QRS/app/full?filter=name eq 'VM_Test_Variables&Connections'

filter=name%20eq%20'VM_Test_Variables%26Connections'
