Picasso JS and Qlik selections

I have been following the Picasso tutorial as to how to create a scatter plot chart.

The example also shows how to add burshing to the object which I have been able to get to work.

I am now trying to get PicassoQ to work to make Qlik selections.

Can someone please assist. The chart has 2 dimensions and 2 measures.

PicassoQ documentation mentions the following:

const b = chart.brush('selection');

b.addValue('qHyperCube/qDimensionInfo/2', 4);

But I am not clear as to how this can be used.
