NPrinting 17.2 Dynamic Recipients (Qlik Sense)

Hi all,

I have read the post below but i fail to add recipients dynamically(only add recipient)

Any steps are difference compare to Qlikview and Qlik Sense?

the process described in the previous discussion will work

but with one thing important for using in 17.2

you need to create an excel file with predefined columns and sheets

as described here -

attached is an excel file with the correct build , if you populate this file you'll be able to load them dynamically

to nprinting

In step 3,

"In your QlikView NPrinting project, create an Import Recipient entity to import the recipients, their filters and groups from the QlikView document. Add this to an Import Recipient Task. Run the task."

It is not imported an excel file?

Can we do the same in Qlik Sense?

HI Luis

now currently in nprinting 17 you can do users batch import only with the excel template

i attached to the message ,

having said that, you can always use the excel as a template for an excel report in nprinting

that will be populated daily with users data

and than run the import task on the new report

it's adding a step of exporting the data from sense to excel but other than that the result will be the same
