REST Connector LOG - Qlik Sense

Hi All,

I am using a rest connector to consume some data from a RESTful source.

I see in the documentation that the logs for REST connections are stored in the below path

C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Custom Data\QvRestConnector\Log

I see there are files generated for REST calls as below, but all the .log files are empty without any content in them, what is the purpose of the log if i cant read anything from it.

QvRestConnector-00000A20_00002C30_00CDB255_4D00E97E.log

I am using Qlik Sense 3.0.0

Any info on this will be helpful.

This may be stating the obvious, but have you tried typing in the full path, rather than browsing for it?

The ProgramData folder is always there, but hidden, if you type it in you should find it.

I've certainly got log files here:

C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Custom Data\QvRestConnector\Log
