How to use R scripts in qlik sense

I saw a lot answers of how to integrate R with qlik sense, but these days I see some qlik sense use case. And the they directly write R.scprits in qlik sense looked like below.

by using this, they can use R to do forecast and visualize it in qlik sense.

I want to know how to connect the R with the qlik sense.

My English expression may not be that good, but I hope someone can understand and give me some answers.
