Data Extraction into custom third party application

Dear Members,

We have created a custom application using javascript. We have a qlik sense application which has all the relevant data stored in it as qvd.

We have established the connection between our custom application and Qlik sense server.

But we are not aware how do we extract the data directly from the qlik sense application into our custom application database.

Need help to solve this problem.
