I want my users to access apps in my client managed qlik platform via their mobile phones.

How do i generate the authentication link from qlik sense hub?

In your mobile phone, open qliksense hub and click on the 3 dots on top right corner where you will find the option 'Client Authentication'. Click that option and it will automatically fetch that link into your qliksense app

That did not work , I did not find any options you indicated.

Hello @Aditya_Chitale I managed to connect to my Qlik server but I got the following message:

Please see the image attached.

Please advise on how to correct this error.

The mobile app seems not able to reach the server.

The mobile app seems not able to reach the server. - there could be reasons your Qlik Sense server were placed on the closed access network and you may be trying from outside of your organization network . you can also access the application in offline mode once your have enabled or downloaded the application for offline.

Install Qlik Sense Mobile App: Ensure that your users have installed the Qlik Sense Mobile app on their mobile devices. The app is available for download from app stores like the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Set Up Qlik Sense Access: Users need to have proper access permissions to the Qlik Sense apps they want to access. This access is typically managed through the Qlik Sense Management Console (QMC) by your organization's Qlik Sense administrators.
Connect to Your Qlik Sense Server:
- When users open the Qlik Sense Mobile app, they will be prompted to connect to a Qlik Sense server.
- Users should enter the URL of your Qlik Sense server. This URL should point to the Qlik Sense Enterprise server where your apps are hosted.
- They will also need to provide their authentication credentials (usually username and password).
Access Apps: Once connected, users can browse and access the Qlik Sense apps they have permission to use.
Offline Access (Optional): Qlik Sense Mobile also allows users to download apps for offline access, depending on their permissions and settings.
