I am currently experiencing issues with some &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Qlik Sense&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; users on Android devices. It seems that their sessions are not closing properly, and they receive the message: &lt;STRONG&gt;“You have signed in on too many devices.”&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As a temporary workaround, we have been closing the active sessions from the user account under &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings → &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Qlik Analytics on Mobile&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;. This helps temporarily, but it is not the correct long-term solution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone experienced a similar issue or found a better way to solve it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you very much in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Español&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Estimados,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Por favor, su ayuda. Al parecer, las sesiones no se están cerrando correctamente y les aparece el mensaje: &lt;STRONG&gt;“Ha iniciado sesión en demasiados dispositivos.”&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Como solución temporal, hemos aplicado el &lt;EM&gt;workaround&lt;/EM&gt; de cerrar las sesiones activas desde la cuenta del usuario en &lt;STRONG&gt;Configuración → &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Qlik Analytics on Mobile&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Te comento los usuarios usan la app esporádicamente ya que son visitadores médicos entonces abren qlik para una visita y posteriormente solo bloquean la pantalla y se dirigen a otra visita y abren nuevamente qlik o a su vez minimizan la app es decir nunca cierran la sesión, adicional la autenticación está configurada con el propio sistema de autenticación de Qlik.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
