Qlik Sense Mobile

We are having June release Enterprise Qlik with Form authentication. I installed Qlik Sense for mobile from App Store yesterday. I am not finding any download option for offline use. I have checked offline access security rule is enabled

i believe I am missing something regarding mobile App installation or configuration, as I am not getting any save password options as in the document. stalwar1‌ mto‌

Demo server I am getting the options.

I am using Enterprise June 2018 and latest mobile app available on app store will be September. Will that be an issue

Yes Michael. I have called client authentication from hub and connection to Enterprise could be made from App. Only thing is in App the features are as same as on browser(Without download or offline option).

Also I am not being asked for save password option while logging via app

Should I try upgrading our Qlik sense to September 2018 . Anyone else is facing the issue ?

I still feel i have missed something.

1) Virtual proxy - default one with form authentication . Client authentication created here

- New one with windows authentication for running monitoring apps

2) I have the default security rule for offline access enabled.

is there any chance of any other rule overriding this one?

Hi Fawaz - are you using any Anonymous Authentication - I assume not - but needed to check. vkr‌ pev‌ - are there any other pieces of advice we can give Fawaz. I am at a loss here as to why he is not seeing the download links in the Mobile app?

Anonymous Authentication not enabled.

But for some reasons, I am no even asked to save password while login.

In one of the youtube video from last year, I saw App available only in Qlik Downloads and not in App store. I have installed from App store , as I can't find any in our downloads

What Access Token does the authenticated user have? Users with only a Login Access Token are not able to download documents for Offline use.

User have a professional user license.

It was user access token before and we migrated to new license model recently

Yesterday I noticed the app is behaving normal when i am inside my network. When accessing from outside I am not getting any download or save password option.

Can anyone guide me. Is there any specific ports for Qlik sense mobile to be accessed from outside.

Issue is resolved after upgrading our Fortinet firewall firmware.
