    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Alejandro,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This message appears when Qlik Sense Mobile can't see the Qlik Sense server as it needs to initially connect to the server to be able to view the applications and make them available offline.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you either on the network with the Qlik Sense server or is the Qlik Sense server available to the device, for example can you get to it via the browser?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kindest regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Martin.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Alejandro,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it's important to know how you are connecting to the server.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;As&amp;nbsp;@Anonymous&amp;nbsp;wrote, are you able to connect via Safari?&lt;BR /&gt;Are you going through a reverse proxy? Any kind of VPN involved (either device-wide or per-app)? Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
