    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm currently getting the same error after trying to set up the mobile app for the first time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The authentication link worked fine and I can see the server in the app but when I select it to log in I get the no internet error despite being online.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way around this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've tried now, in anonymous too, and working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The guide finish with the attachment that I post here. That is a PowerShell script that enable some security protocol.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can enable TLS 1.2 using following query runned from Powershell windows:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;PRE&gt;.\tls_config_1.3.3.ps1 -ssl3 0 -tls1 0 -tls11 0 -tls12 1&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;P&gt;After running the script you must restart the server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know if this solve your problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
