    <description>&lt;P&gt;QS mobile app&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;February 2020&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;version not connecting to the QS Demo Server (Installed on Samsung Device S9+, Android ver. 9).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I got the error&amp;nbsp;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;Server log in attempt failed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;Has anyone recently encountered this issue?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;Note: QS mobile app &lt;STRONG&gt;November 2019&lt;/STRONG&gt; was OK, no problem accessing the QS Demo Server and the hub.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After uninstalling the QS mobile app, rebooting&amp;nbsp; the smartphone and again re-install the app.&amp;nbsp;It is working now. I can connect to the QS Demo Server.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
