Qliksense Client Authentication Link for Mobile Android

Hi everyone,

Currently, my client try to use Qlik sense Mobile (Android), they use Qlik sense Mobile App for Android which is available in play store. But there is an error '400 Bad request' since they used the URl client authentication link. And there were question, which URl client authentication link format they use,

https://qliksense.company.com/internal_forms_authentication/?targetId=d0e6e095-7122-4227-9df6-e3bf9326d9c1

or this one

https:// qliksense.company.com /internal_forms_authentication

Is anyone has advice? or solution?

Hello,

Can you please let us know what version of Qlik Sense you are using as well as the QSM App?

According to the below chart, these are the supported versions:

Qlik Sense	Qlik Sense Mobile App
November 2018 February 2019	February 2019

Hi,

Can you please check following steps;

After allowing http connection in QMC, can you please try with http link instead of https.
Can you access qlik sense hub on mobile google chrome?
Can you try if there is a difference between corporate network and mobile network?
