Visualization not found on server : map

Hello team,

I am using Qliksense map in one of my app and it's working all fine when i use this app on my laptop but when i try to open same app in my ipad i get an error (The visualization not found on server: map)

I know we get this type of error when we use third party extension but i am not using any on my app. I am accessing same Qlik enterprise server on my laptop and i pad.

Any idea how can i fix this ?

Hi,

when you open the app on your Ipad on the browser using "desktop mode", it is working ?

I have tried opening it in desktop mode but still i can't see the map.

I am using map service also is that causing the issue ?

What do you mean by Map Service? Maybe you talk about Map object ?

you should know that Map rendering needs an internet connection

Hi,

By map service i meant the background layer but that's not the issue i guess.

Internet connection is same because i am able to see it on my laptop.

I get this issue randomly (June 2018 Qlik Sense Server) where it will show this issue, and then resolve itself and run again. Any ideas? only tried on desktop browser
