    <description>&lt;P&gt;Despite Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows showing that there are licenses available to allocate (Professional or Analyzer) to users, when a license is allocated nothing happens.&lt;BR /&gt;No error is shown, but the user license is not allocated.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;H4&gt;Environment&lt;/H4&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows with Signed License Key, up to February 2020&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;H3&gt;Resolution&lt;/H3&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Log on to the Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS tenant which is using the same license, and verify that no license has been allocated to a user and, if necessary, remove it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Or, &lt;STRONG&gt;upgrade to Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows&amp;nbsp; April 2020&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;or higher to be able to see the licenses allocated to cloud users and remove it from the on premise version.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
