&lt;LI&gt;Click the Entity Checker button in the NPrinting Template editor and retest&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;This will ensure that the object or objects are valid (older versions of NPrinting may not have the object 'Entity&amp;nbsp;checker' feature).&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Right click on each table object and select 'update' from the context menu to update tables changed in the source QVW or QVF.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Save and close the report&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Reload the NPrinting Connection&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Open and preview the report&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;5. Check to ensure that the NPrinting server and Qlik Sense server are using the same cryptography&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If the NPrinting windows server system logs are showing many SChannel errors, this may indicate the NP server cryptography is not aligned with the Qlik Sense server&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Resolution&lt;/STRONG&gt;: To resolve this as per as per &lt;A href="https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/February2024/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/TLS-cipher-suites.htm" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/February2024/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/TLS-cipher-suites.htm&lt;/A&gt; you may either
&lt;UL class="lia-list-style-type-circle"&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;manually configure the supported cryptography on NPrinting Server to ensure it matches your Qlik Sense server crypto settings as per the link above&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;use IISCrypto and use the 'Best Practices' option to set your crypto.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If you are &lt;STRONG&gt;hardening your Qlik Sense&lt;/STRONG&gt; server, &lt;STRONG&gt;be sure that you do not remove required crypto&lt;/STRONG&gt; needed to communicate with the NPrinting server.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Each Qlik Sense node should have the required NPrinting crypto configuration in common&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;6. Content Security policy settings in Qlik Sense&lt;/STRONG&gt; can cause images in NPrinting to fail&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The use of CSP (content security policy settings), this may be the root cause if none of the above is working. In this case you may simple remove the 'additional headers' in Qlik Sense or add the required 'additional headers as needed. Please work with your IT security team to determine the correct 'additional headers' for your specific environment.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;5. Check to ensure that the NPrinting server and Qlik Sense server are using the same cryptography&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;If the NPrinting windows server system logs are showing many SChannel errors, this may indicate the NP server cryptography is not aligned with the Qlik Sense server&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Resolution&lt;/STRONG&gt;: To resolve this as per as per &lt;A href="https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/February2024/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/TLS-cipher-suites.htm" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/February2024/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/TLS-cipher-suites.htm&lt;/A&gt; you may either
&lt;UL class="lia-list-style-type-circle"&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;manually configure the supported cryptography on NPrinting Server to ensure it matches your Qlik Sense server crypto settings as per the link above&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;use IISCrypto and use the 'Best Practices' option to set your crypto.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If you are &lt;STRONG&gt;hardening your Qlik Sense&lt;/STRONG&gt; server, &lt;STRONG&gt;be sure that you do not remove required crypto&lt;/STRONG&gt; needed to communicate with the NPrinting server.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Each Qlik Sense node should have the required NPrinting crypto configuration in common&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;6. Content Security policy settings in Qlik Sense&lt;/STRONG&gt; can cause images in NPrinting to fail&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The use of CSP (content security policy settings), this may be the root cause if none of the above is working. In this case you may simple remove the 'additional headers' in Qlik Sense or add the required 'additional headers as needed. Please work with your IT security team to determine the correct 'additional headers' for your specific environment.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Frank,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried the steps under resolution however i still experience the same problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What i have noticed is that when generating the cache / Reload Metadata&amp;nbsp;under connections, then editing the template on the report, preview the report, there some images that are not displayed. This behaviour is erratic.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am currently using Qlik Sense version : September 2020 Patch 4 and Nprinting version : September 2020.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
