&lt;LI&gt;The issue might be due to Qlik Alerting being installed on a Domain Controller. If so, please, install Qlik Alerting on a standard server.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Make sure to have a license assigned to the user used by Qlik Alerting&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Upgrade to November 2020 SR1 or higher, since that includes improvements in the connection between Qlik Alerting and Qlik Sense&lt;/LI&gt;
