&lt;P&gt;even if the license is renewed it will show as expired on the  old portal side. also any new license will not be made available in the license portal. hence the reason you are not able to see the update details&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Support has reached out requesting the license number impacted, I believe. If you haven't already, please send it over so we can start helping you quickly.&amp;nbsp;Even if expired, you should be able to locate the license itself in the management console.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Either way, we're looking into it for you internally already, and from what I can see have already reached out to the team that can extend the license for you.&lt;/P&gt;
