    <description>&lt;P&gt;Qlik does not have a list of supported&amp;nbsp;3rd party backup devices that Qlik Replicate is able to read. Generally, any&amp;nbsp;3rd party backup devices that use the TRN format will not have issues with the task reading from them.&amp;nbsp;3rd party backup device support can be turned on from the SQL Server source endpoint in the advanced tab by checking '&lt;EM&gt;Select virtual backup device types'&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px lia-align-left"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Failure in starting (with TXN consistency...)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Failure in resolving stream position by TIMESTAMP&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;RetCode: SQL_ERROR SqlState: 42000 NativeError: 3241 Message: [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 18 for SQL Server][SQL Server]The media family on device '\\sqlbackup.domain.com\sqldatabackup\MKTMPRLAWSQL01\PROD\MKTMPRLAWSQL01_PROD_Log_202405092000.safe' is incorrectly formed. SQL Server cannot process this media family.
