&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This issue discovered using Dell Isilon storage:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;H4&gt;Environment&lt;/H4&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;QlikView 12.40.20100&amp;nbsp; Clustered Publisher&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;H3&gt;Resolution&lt;/H3&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Request for direct IP to connect to one server on the Isilon rather than using the load balancer.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;H3&gt;Cause&amp;nbsp;&lt;/H3&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Dell Isilon storage load balancer sending Qlik extraction requests to nodes that were prompting for credentials when they should not have been.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
