&lt;DIV&gt;One possible root cause is the use of&lt;SPAN style="font-family: courier new,courier,monospace;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: courier new,courier,monospace;"&gt;Extended Security Environment&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;in the Virtual Proxy configuration.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To verify, open the QlikSense Management console, navigate to&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: courier new,courier,monospace;"&gt;Virtual Proxies&lt;/SPAN&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;SPAN style="font-family: courier new,courier,monospace;"&gt;Your Virtual Proxy&lt;/SPAN&gt; &amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;and expand&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: courier new,courier,monospace;"&gt;ADVANCED&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
