&lt;LI&gt;The response&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Name Resolution failed&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;indicates an issue with the hostname resolution or points to the hostname being incorrect&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;The response &lt;STRONG&gt;TCP connection failed&lt;/STRONG&gt; indicates a connection issue between the Qlik Sense Desktop host and the Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows Server. In this case, retest with an IP address instead of the server name.&lt;/LI&gt;
