QlikView AccessPoint: Index.htm not fully loaded when using IIS

When trying to login to the AccessPoint, It appears that Index.htm doesn't load completely.

Environment:

, any - with IIS

In looking at the Windows Application event log you see an ASP.net error " An unhandled security exception has occurred"

If looking at Fiddler Trace you will see an 500 error "Security Exception"

Cause:

IT department had set the level to "Medium (web_mediumtrust.config)

Resolution:

To correct the issue you will need to change the .NET Trust Levels to the default value of "Full (internal)"
