    <description>&lt;P&gt;For Qlik products to function with a certificate, the service account must access the certificate's&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;private key&lt;/STRONG&gt;. If the user is not an administrator or has restrictive permissions applied, this may not be possible by default.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Open the &lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Microsoft Management Console (MMC)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; with an administrative user.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Navigate to File and Add/Remove Snap-in&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="add remove snapin.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.qlik.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/48726iC8D6236269751E7D/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="add remove snapin.png" alt="add remove snapin.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;From the available snap-ins list, select &lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Certificates&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;, click &lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Add&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;, and select &lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Computer Account&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;. Leave all other selections default and click &lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Finish&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Open the Certificate store, navigate to &lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Personal &amp;gt; Certificates&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
