&lt;LI&gt;As a domain administrator in your Windows active directory domain&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Open Active Directory Users and Computers&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Open the user account that fails to import&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Insert a unique email address as shown in the image below&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
