A QlikView reload and distribution task fails with the error "The Source Document was NOT reloaded successfully"

The error is printed in the task log of the document.

Exception: || QDSMain.Exceptions.TaskFailedException: Task execution failed with errors to follow. ---> QDSMain.Exceptions.ReloadFailedException: Reload failed ---> QDSMain.Exceptions.LogBucketErrorException: The Source Document was NOT reloaded successfully.

This error indicates that the source document (.qvw or .qvd) is failing at the reloading execution.

Script syntax errors
Data source unavailable at the time of reload (network connectivity issue or data source crash)
