    <description>&lt;P&gt;Developers opening the Qlik NPrinting Designer receive the error:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;H4&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Environment:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/H4&gt;
&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;&lt;LI-PRODUCT title="Qlik NPrinting" id="qlikNPrinting"&gt;&lt;/LI-PRODUCT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;H3 class="qlik-migrated-tkb-headings"&gt;Resolution:&lt;/H3&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There are two possible root causes for this issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;H5&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Verify that the NPrinting user account affected has a valid Active Directory Domain inserted.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/H5&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Open the Qlik NPrinting admin console&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Locate the affected user&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Verify that their Domain account is currently set up (See fig 1)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Fig 1" style="width: 470px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.qlik.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/52966i5EAC1184436DF7CE/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Domain account.png" alt="Fig 1" /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-caption" onclick="event.preventDefault();"&gt;Fig 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;The affected user needs to clear the browser cache (cached login credentials)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Restart the affected user's browser&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Log in to NPrinting again using Windows Authentication and log out again browser cache&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If SAML is used, verify SAML authentication&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;H5&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Verify if the cookie.prefix value was changed&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/H5&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Check the app.conf in &lt;FONT face="courier new,courier"&gt;C:\ProgramData\NPrinting\webconsoleproxy&lt;/FONT&gt; for the lines:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;LI-CODE lang="markup"&gt;#The session cookie prefix.
cookie.prefix=NPWEBCONSOLE​&lt;/LI-CODE&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;if the cookie.prefix is changed from the default value above, uncomment or change it back to the default.&lt;/LI&gt;
