    <description>&lt;P&gt;You are&amp;nbsp;unable to see folders, documents, performance, logging, security or alerts tabs in QlikView Management Console.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Only the General and Login tab are available.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;H3&gt;Resolution&lt;/H3&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Verify that no user and password are entered in the Login tab.
&lt;OL class="lia-list-style-type-lower-alpha"&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Open the QlikView Management Console&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Navigate to the QlikView server seeing the issues&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Click on the Login tab&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If credentials are present, remove them and Apply the settings.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Verify that the QlikView service account has full permissions to its C:\ProgramData\QlikTech folder and all files within.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Re-apply the license and reset the QlikView Server folder. &lt;STRONG&gt;Note! &lt;/STRONG&gt;This will clear all configuration settings and CAL assignments and requires the system to be licensed again. Only recommended for new installs.&amp;nbsp;
&lt;OL class="lia-list-style-type-lower-alpha"&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Stop the QlikView Server service&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;In a Windows Explorer, navigate to&amp;nbsp;C:\ProgramData\QlikTech&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Rename the QlikViewServer directory&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Start the QlikView Server Service&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;This will create a new directory.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Verify if the settings are available. If so:&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Stop the QlikView Server service&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;From the renamed QlikViewServer directory, cop the CALData.pgo and Settings.ini and copy it into the new folder&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Start the QlikView Server service&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Alternatively, if the previous option does not work:
&lt;OL class="lia-list-style-type-lower-alpha"&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Stop all QlikView services&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;In a Windows Explorer, navigate to&amp;nbsp;C:\ProgramData\&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Rename the QlikTech directory&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Start the QikView services&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;This will create a new directory.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Verify if the settings are available. If so:&lt;/LI&gt;
