&lt;P&gt;A valid script log needs to have been created in order for it to be available for download.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Failure to create a log can happen due to:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Reload failed due to an engine crash (no log created due to crash)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Task was aborted or failed before the script began executing (no log created due to task aborted before script was executed)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;App Binary issues (app could not be loaded, script never executed)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Access to the file location failed&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Load Balancing Rules for Applications wrongly configured&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Security Rules not configured correct.       <description>&lt;P&gt;The same issue occurs when an owner of app is inactive&lt;/P&gt;</description>
