Download Script log button is greyed out

By default, script logs can be downloaded directly from the Qlik Sense Enterprise Management Console (See Fig1.)

The download button may be greyed out (See Fig 2.)

Environment:

A valid script log needs to have been created in order for it to be available for download.

Failure to create a log can happen due to:

Reload failed due to an engine crash (no log created due to crash)
Task was aborted or failed before the script began executing (no log created due to task aborted before script was executed)
App Binary issues (app could not be loaded, script never executed)
Access to the file location failed
Load Balancing Rules for Applications wrongly configured
Security Rules not configured correct. See Download Script Log button is greyed out or throws Error - Roles and Resource that allow downloading of task script log

The same issue occurs when an owner of app is inactive
