ORA-01801: date format is too long for internal buffer

Replicate Error for oracle source endpoint:

ORA-01801: date format is too long for internal buffer.

The date format string was too long to process. This should occur only if several long literals are specified as part of the date at the source.

Remove long literals from the date format string.

Identify the exact record which is causing the issue on the database side by, fo example using cqlplus utility to scan a particular column.
