&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;system&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;account does not have correct permissions for the directory that contain the installation files.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You must allow the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;system&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;account&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;full&amp;nbsp;control&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;of the folder that contains the setup files.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Start Windows Explorer and browse to the folder containing the installation files.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Right-click the folder and select&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Properties&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Click the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Security&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;tab.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If the system account is not listed, click&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Add&lt;/STRONG&gt;, type&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;system,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;and click&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;OK&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
